Initial Consultation plus 1st Follow-up

Service Description

- An initial 15-minute phone chat to assess your current position - Processing of your 7-day food diary and pre-questionnaire prior to meeting face to face - An initial consultation (up to 2 hours) where I will take your full health history and discuss your symptoms in detail, I will also give you a dietary and lifestyle plan to take away with you on the day - Supplement advice if appropriate - A follow-up appointment of up to 1 hour, 4 to 6 weeks after our initial meeting - Research if needed prior to each appointment - Analysis of any test results - Support on phone/email (within reason)
